What to expect
I will guide you to drop into what your body is feeling at this time. Expect non-judgemental facilitation and questions to help you feel what’s coming up for you in your body.
Workshop format:
1-Before the Workshop
Each workshop starts with a greeting/ check in to see how everyone is showing up in the space. The energy of the group guides the session based on what is most present.
2-During the Workshop
While you are practicing there will be time for silence to sit with the facilitation questions that I provide. You will gain a deeper awareness of your body and self through this inquiry.
3- After the Workshop
After a final check-in, I offer some resources or practices to take home with you. You will then have access to the replay for a week and I encourage you to practice on your own

I have been practicing meditation for over 9 years, studying initially with Ram Dass as my guide then moving into Zen Buddhism for several years.
Thanks to the accessibility to online resources, my learnings of massage, Polarity therapy, somatic practices and VortexHealing I have been able to unearth my own body’s intuitive meditation practice that guides me to this day.
